Study of the Efficiency of QROP Mix Kal Fertilizer on Cocoa Productivity in Ghana

Project Overview

This research project evaluated the effectiveness of QROP Mix Kal fertilizer on cocoa farms in Ghana. The study aimed to determine optimal application methods and assess the impact on crop yield and quality.

Project Objectives

  • Evaluate the impact of QROP Mix Kal on cocoa yield
  • Determine optimal application rates and timing
  • Assess cost-effectiveness for farmers
  • Measure soil health improvements

Methodology

The study was conducted through controlled field trials across different cocoa-growing regions in Ghana. We implemented split-plot designs with various fertilizer application rates and monitored growth parameters over 12 months.

Key Findings & Results

Results showed significant improvements in cocoa yield and tree health with optimized QROP Mix Kal application. The study provided specific recommendations for application rates based on soil types and farming conditions.
