The research utilized a comprehensive approach including market analysis, stakeholder interviews, and extensive field research. We collaborated with local authorities and industry experts to gather in-depth insights.
The study produced detailed mapping of the cocoa sector, highlighting opportunities for improvement in value chain efficiency, farmer income, and sustainability practices. Key recommendations were made for policy reforms and industry interventions.
